Payment and funding
2 year olds -If you have a child aged 2 ,you may be eligible for 15 hours a week funded childcare if you are in receipt of certain benefits.Please follow the link to check eligibility.
All 3/4 year olds are all entitled to 15 hours a week funded childcare(no charge) from the term after their 3rd birthday.The terms are as follows :
1st September - 31st December
1st January- 31st March
1st April- 31st August
We can apply for the 15 hours funding, you will need to provide us with your child's birth certificate and proof of your address.
3 and 4 year olds of working parents could receive up to 30 hours of funded childcare- to check that you meet the criteria at https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
For the 30 Hours funding you must apply via the above website. You will receive a code that you need to pass onto us along with your national insurance number.
2 year olds of working families can claim uo to 15 hours a week funding . This must be applied for via https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk . The same rules apply as above with regard to dates and codes
If your child is not entitled to funding or you wish to pay for additional session on top of the funding, prices are as follows:
The cost of a 3 hour morning or afternoon session is £13.50 per child. A full day session of 6 hours is £27.
We require fees to be paid in advance .Invoices will be sent by email on the 15th of each month (for sessions booked the following month) to be paid within 14 days. Alternatively invoices can be created weekly or fortnightly ( in advance)
